Information Collected Automatically
This website does not run analytics or tracking scripts. When you visit it, the only information handled automatically is what is needed to serve and protect the site:

Client data is used only for that client’s project. Where an AI provider offers a setting that keeps our data out of model training, we turn it on.
Data Retention
Retention Periods
- Client engagement data is retained for the duration of the engagement and for up to 3 years afterward for reference and legal compliance
- Inquiries and newsletter sign-ups sent through our forms arrive as emails and are kept only as long as we need them to reply and follow up, or until you ask us to delete them
- Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations
- Marketing communications data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion

Our services are designed for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18, the age the DPDP Act, 2023 uses for a child. If we become aware that we have collected information from a minor, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
